The majority of Obito fans are clearly drawn to him because he's an intellectual character with depth, not his abilities. Sasuke and Naruto fans bicker and try to get one up on each other just as they did with Itachi/Minato or Obito/Madara but now that he's not the FV now there's basically none of those bandwagoners left.

Obito's fanbase don't care if he got played or this petty d*ck-measuring contest fanbases feel the need to have with each other when two characters in the manga are opposed. I think both Obito and Maddy getting played is ridiculous.
