We all know tht obito eye doesn't bleed, Lks like an ems but he has no bro so why. Well, the answer is obs. When obito hands get cut off, a white substance oozes out and heals it. So, what if that could also repair his eye since his eye in the scarred area. But I hv got an argument against this. Shouldn't it turn to a tree in naruto prescence(that would been hilarious) an imagine tht white stuff in his nerves and vein. But, I've got a theory for it. The uchiha neutralizes the aenju growing part. It's kinda like acids, alkaline and water. The so6p is water and the uchiha are acid and the senju are alkaline

His eye doesn't bleed because he doesn't have Amaterasu. You have to be able to master the Sharingan in order to use those three techniques (Itachi said this to Sasuke). That's why he spams Kamui because it's the only MS jutsu he has. And the white substance is a product of the Zetsu/Hashirama DNA.
BTW that last statement was stupid. Sorry, just callin' it like I see it.
Edit: Oh yeah, EMS requires the implantation of someone else's EMS and I believe the best "donor" eye would come from a relative. Seeing as how Shisui is believed to be Obito's big brother (I saw that in a thread somewhere but it's not canon) he would have no chance at getting EMS because the only two other living Uchiha already have it. There is no one for him to steal the eye from, so no he doesn't have it.
