Obito should of been able to awaken Rinnengan, seeing as Obito had Madara Sharingan/Rinnengan which is Indra chakra and Hashirama DNA from Zetsu half body which is Ashura.

Obito with the ability to use his Kamui along side Rinnengan abilities that be very overpowered. Kamui along doing Rinnengan abilities.

Kamui + Raikiri was a awesome combo.

OP: Double Mangekyo Rinnegan doesn't exist. Rinnegan Obito with access to the Rinnegan's power would be very op as long as he can use kamui.

Yes there is Dual = 2.
How much better he would be you can't exactly say but you can use your own imagination. But he was pretty powerful with one of his own original sharigan so transfer that with a full powerup of two Rinnegans.
