That is a weird series of panels.

The location, and Madara placing his hand on his neck indicates that the curse mark was on his neck.

but the actual stuff on the head doesnt look the same. Wheres the black hair for example? Looks more like the back of sakura or eno's head, or like the back of tobi's mask (but it cant be that because tobi has that black turtleneck/scarf and headband which wouldve been there).

So anybody think it was supposed to be madaras neck just poorly drawn?

Just figured it out by re-reading 592.

That is just Anko's neck, upside down.

Recall that Jugo was carrying an unconcious Anko on his back into the cave in some previous frames.

Mystery solved... too bad.
