obito didn't die

I thought minato killed him and in no time i found that he became jin and how did it break the madara's rinne tensei with obito. I got screwed today. Pls. Explain what did happen to obito???

he cut off one of his arms so he wont do the seal and since obito has jubbi charaka he diddnt die its just like with naruto if he gets stab so many times and falls to the grown thats when the charaka like starts to flow in

minato cuts obitos hand. rennei tensei cancelled. Obito becomes jubbi's host and therefore didn't die since juubi has infinite chakra and power
