obito didn't awake ms for kakashi

when obito atacked konoha with the kiuby, kakashi was around 17, and obito was already using ms (against minato) , and by that time kakashi didn't have ms, so kakashi earned it by experimenting the pain of obito's dead... so obito didn't awake mangekyou for both, he awaked for just himself and kakashi earned it training or by experimenting the pain of obito's dead.

there's the possibility that obito did awake ms for both and kakashi just didn't realize it, but that doesn't make sence, if he didn't realize that he had it when he was 17 years old, why would he realize it against deidara?

whose to say he didnt have it from the begging of naruto ? i mean he could have had it from the begging it was just restricted by kishi cause of plot and had to wait till shippuden to reveal he had it cause thats when the whole story about MS takes of in shippuden
