There are one simple reason..
The teleporting stuff that Obito / Tobi can do was activated with his Kamui in the MS? or what else is his MS? is it shooting those chakra darts and Obitos normal sharingan is the phasing thingy? thats possible but never heard och seen anything like it.

Here's the point ^^ Kakashis MS should have been activated the same moment Obitos should, that means like 14-16 years later...
How did Obitos MS activate? well i guess Madara wanted to activate it and therefor made it so he became his best friend ^^
