Obito did not want to become Hokage JUST to get over Rin!!

I guess since Obito is the most powerful shinobi since the Rikudo himself, people are just finding anyways to bash him.

Becoming Hokage was clearly his goal from the beginning. He's basically saying once he achieves his dream of becoming Hokage then the girls will be the least of his worries, not "I'll become Hokage JUST to get over Rin." Some of you guys are ridiculous.

And if I'm not mistaken wasnt Jiraiya's motivation to become a strong shinobi, just to get girls? And I don't see people complaining about him, the level hypocrisy and double-standards within the naruto fanbase is unbelieveable.

Didn't see jiraiya drool over 1 of them and go into a pissy fit when they didn't love him back.

Obito just wanted rin and wanted to do anything to get her.

in a sense you are right,but there are some things that wont change,being hokage was is dream but loving rin was is wet dreams,lol. when obito told minato (when I become hokage I am sure I wont have time to think about women)those words were to comfort himself.rin is the reason why obito is living,why he became evil and a jinchuriki all was for rin.i guess love is a hurricane

Yeah I completely agree with you . It's obvious that he's comforting himself with that optimistic perspective of becoming Hokage, but Hokage was always his goal. Obito and Naruto both wanted to become Hokage for the same reason in a way.
