Obito did not attack Konoha

Maybe that the guy who attacked Konoha with 9 tails was someone else. Maybe he was the one who saved Obito and trained him. After his death, Obito took on his master's mask and went to complete his master's dream of Moon-eye-plan.

To be honest I wouldnt be surprised if he took Obitos eye for a short while U_U
Then again dude who attacked Konoha had the 'good boy tobi' hair so it most likely was Obito high on senju steroids.

The long haired man that was with Itachi on the other hand might have borrowed Obitos eye. Since it seems to be reletevly easy ><

The long hair guy was Obito too btw. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be.
