Probably no.... We have no indications whatsoever Madara had other sharingan, furthermore we have no indications that he had two pairs of compatible sharingan which could evolve to MS and by combining them get an EMS and then somehow end up with a new pair of rinnegan.
Blood loss is not usually a factor in shounen... we all know crazier things have happened :shrug:
Even if Obito had died, he wouldn't really have lied about it because how would he know? Unless, Madara told him the truth, which we also do not know.
