So what actually happened with Obito? I'll try to explain. In NV Shinobies can make their Chakra travel through Space, Time, Life & Death. A few examples, Kushina, Minato, Dan, Indra, Ashura, Hagoromo & now Lord Obito.
You could also imagine Obitos Situation like this, he was 99% Dead & was about to go with Rin. You could say the World where he was, was the World between the Real World & ''Pure'' World or the World of the Souls/Dead. So, Obito was 1% alive & managed to control his Chakra/Spirit & ''fused'' with Kakashi, even if he was 100% Dead it makes sense, just look at the History of Naruto. You could say Obito is alive right now. He whiles in the World of the living through Kakashi. As a Spirit, he can't do anything but with Kakashis Body he is able to use his Powers.
So, it isn't Kakashis Susanoo & Eye Powers but Obitos. As freaky as it sounds, Obito is inside Kakashi. Kakashi is a Medium between the Spiritual & Material World. You could say he's a bridge for Obito to be able to help them in the Real World. So it all makes Sense.
That Obito though, defying Dead like a Boss, like Obito. He's the Man. Hagoromo waiting centuries to finally come out & Obito is doing it right away. Legendary.
