Obito might not be dead.
The gedo which was still inside him holds tremendous life force.The shell of the juubi allowed him to overcome the psyhical strain that causes death once the extraction of a bijuu begins.The senju dna he had would of not been enough for the juubi,but thanks to the gedo he lived.
Now there is still a chance he can be alive after performing the rinne tensei.It is a stretch seeing how he was barely able to lift a finger.
But,the possibility remains.Any lets move on to madara.
Madra the one who unlocked the rinengan and mastered yin and yang has no been reborn.
He list of powers include;
Rinnegan: He can use the paths of the sage and use it to control the tailed beast.
