No way Obito only got 4 Genjutsu, He controlled A perfect Jinchuuriki and Kurama at age 14, and he can use Izanagi perfectly, he should have 5 at Genjutsu, but it doesn't matter with Kishi, Kakashi and Naruto will fodderize even Madara and Rikudou Sennin
