when sasuke kirin'd naruto he could just sliced him apart since naruto was paralyzed and being handled. not like his susanoo wouldnt tank it so it was no need to teleport. allso he couldve snatched his soul with that one rinnegan path but since he never saw it i think he has no knowlege of it.

Obito though let himself be stabbed by Kakashi to get himself rid of a Juin. Whether Kakashi lived or die after that didn't matter, what Obito wanted him to do was done.

On Sasuke's case....well, filler. That is all I have to say. Could he? Doesn't matter, because its the filler of the fight, its meant to make things pretty, they cannot have him kill Naruto because he had a chance when the Manga dragged the battle out far beyond that point..

They lost long ago, proof of that is just look at how quick they gravitated to the anime just to get one over on Naruto lol they were so desperate that they didn't even realize how bad they we're making Sasuke look. He had EMS/rinnegan activated and went up against base Naruto an still got hit, he tried his hardest to kill Naruto and still failed, he had to resort to leaching off of the bijuus to gain enough power to even stand a chance against Naruto, kept begging Naruto to let him kill him (just pathetic smh). All that and Naruto still whooped that ass and dragged him back to the village and became Hokage just like he said he would, Sasuke on the other hand couldn't make any of his plans a reality, he even had to settle for Sakura...smh it's only right that he became Naruto's subordinate. This the guy Sasuke fans worship lmao, it's so fitting.

Kakashi could have killed Obito when He, Gai, Bee, and Naruto fought Obito and the Edo Jin. Kakashi punched Obito in the stomach when he was in the Kamui Dimension. He could have Raikiried him and ripped out his entrails but didn't.

Naruto could have killed Sasuke had he actually wanted to kill him. Killing intent Naruto was enough to catch Kaguya off guard and rip her arm off.

Honestly? Sasuke got off easy IMHO and not the other way around.
