each ms has 2 jutsu and tobis is 2 forms of kamui neither him nor shisui had tskyiomi

kamui is not some jutsu that yu get when you only have one......if that were the case then that means you think if sasuke lost an eye he would have kamui

He still has the mangekyo Sharingan. He was able to put the kyuubi under his control. There is no doubt he has high visual prowess, so it would not be strange if he was capable of Tsukuyomi.

he is powerful and all ms can control the kyubi but not all ms has tskyomi it is just a fact shown by both shisui and tobi tbh tskyomi isnt even the most powerful genjutsu ka is but tobito doesnt have that either

his ms techs is kamui both close and ranged that is why tobi can only do it close and on himself and kakashi can do it ranged

tbh id tobi had his ranged kamui he would have owned minato imo

as explained in my naruto science thread about MS, i dont think obito's eyes, even with both could use susano'o as they are not inton and yoton. shisui's werent either, and he could not use susanoo either, to our knowledge.

EDIT: after reconsideration, obito might be able to use susano, if he had both eyes, as his dimension (right eye) maybe inton and his left, kakashi's, maybe yoton......

Each Mangekyo Sharingan has different abilities:

Obito's ability is Kamui in both eyes.

Madara, Sasuke and Itachi have Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, and Susanoo.

You need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to have Susanoo.

Obito doesn't have Tsukuyomi since he has already shown us his MS ability: Kamui.

Since Obito has Kamui in his eye, he will never be able to use Susanoo.

And why would Obito want his eye back, he has Rinnegan in his other eye socket.
