He can I suppose but Nagato fanboys would say Obito lacks experience and knowledge in using the Rinnegan which is also true. Although the best way to revive someone is through the Rinnegan because atleast the revived would appear to look like they never died, whereas Edo Tensei is just giving a dead body life that appears to be still dead and unattractive

He didn't have enough chakra left
The chibaku tensei already had his nose bleeding
And konan said if he uses the rinne tensei he'd die

if you remember the rinnegan can't revive people that have died for too long...like jiraiya for example and his body is underwater...its too late...too much time has passed.

That's not true at all, Jiraiya's body wouldn't have been revived because his body had sunk down too far, the pressure would have crushed it. And if that statement was true, why did Madara think he could be revived with Rinne Tensei?

dunno...was hopin someone would have the answer...well what about yahiko?..couldve saved him didn't really need to turn him into a path...if he cared about him that much.

I was thinking about the same thing a few days ago, I'm not sure on that one. Kishi leaves a lot of unanswered questions

Also, OT: Obito has not been shown using any of the paths, it is not confirmed that he can use them. I'm fairly sure he can't.

yeah I agree...a couple of questions still not answered...Like how did kabuto get madara's DNA to bring him back as an edo and obito had the body...and kabuto showed it to "tobi" before they became allies...they didn't show it but, from obito's shocked expression I think the man in the coffin was madara.
