Obito can do infinite tsukyomi himself ( theory )

I might be wrong but where the rinnegan eye obito has is madaras and madara can switch between ems and rinnegan so can obito because he has uchiha DNA so it won't restrict him from madaras ems either. Which means obito has all of madaras techniques ( amaterasu, tsukyomi, and susanoo ), as well as rinnegan and his kamui plus the juubi chakra.

My reasoning is sasuke implanted itachis and he was able to switch between eyes. The only ones who weren't were Danzo and kakashi because they aren't uchihas. Therefore, obito doesn't need sasuke or Madara so were likely to see infinite tsukyomi after all.

1) madara doesnt have tsukuyomi, & it isnt required for infinite tsukuyomi.

2) Obito has his kamui eye still, he can cast a significantly enhanced sharingan genjutsu on the moon, thus creating I/T.

Obito can start it but here where the plot play comes.
You need to summon the moon, most likely by gravitational pull and then use genjutsu. Madara noted that it takes time and SA wont fail to annoy
