Why should he do it anyways?
3 Uchiha´s left in this world, one of them (Sasuke) got his own head. So why should Obito or Madara betray each other? You could call them brothers if you like, they can only trust each other in this world, no one else. So why should they do that?
Obito is about to get Rin in the new reality and Madara will bring the closest thing to true peace, pretty nice if you ask me.
Naruto can go on blabbling that he will archieve real true peace by talk no jutsuing billions and billions of people all over the world, lulz. Hes just a naive child as Obito stated.
