According to Madara Uchiha and Obito,
the next stage of the plan is for Obito to
give his life with edo tensei to revive
madara.It's already been made clear that
Obito isn't overly fond of Madara, and
that Obito wants to create a world in
which Rin is alive. If this were the case
then why would he give up his life for a
guy he hates to create a world he won't
be able to live in?
The second madara turns his back obito is
going to suck him into the other
dimension and try to become the
jinkurriki himself. He has wood release,
sharingan, rinnegan, and has shown that
he could control at least six tailed beasts
from a distance. He does have a good
amount of control over the ten tails when
linked through wood release, he may
even be able to control it all by himself.
Plus with his already normal human body,
he is already a suitable candidate for
being the ten tails jinkurriki.
If you have looked at whats happened
closely, obito didn't seem to care about
reviving madara at all. Obito could be
planning to betray him and become the
ten tails jinkurriki himself. Madara did
show Obito the infinite tsukiyomi jutsu
when he was young, its possible that
obito has been able to replicate it
himself.
