Obito being Tobi was a last minute decision

last minute decision??
I remember a countles descusions i've had
with a many of people, and i recall saying and
hearing other say that he was obito when tobi
was first brought about.

now that tobi is revealed to be obito its easy to piece together that it wasnt last minute as when tobi first appeared he had deidaras arm which got sent to his dimension

I dont think thats the case of deidaras arm but thats a nice thought

What he was trying to say was that Kakashi used Kamui to remove Deidara's Arm (he wasn't to skilled with his MS at this point and missed killing Deidara) so when Tobi first arrives he has with him Deidara's arm. Although the reader could be blind sided by thinking he merely found it on the ground, I have thought about this before as well that Tobito brought it back from his dimension.
