I find it a bit weird. Obito behaves as if he was way past the redemption.
Obviously, it would be much easier for Obito if Kakashi was hesistant about killing him, yet Obito actually behaves as if he wanted Kakashi to to get rid of his guilt and go all out.
I don't know why he could feel that way, though. Why would he want Kakashi to go all out on him?
Perhaps because he wants to prove to himself his superiority over Kakashi and he can't if Kakashi is holding back?
Or maybe he is hesistant about whether he's doing the right thing or not and want to make his decision by fighting Kakashi - in this case it would be natural that he wants this fight to be fair.
