Does 100,000 plus Zetsu count as Obito's arsenal? He can fabricate hundreds of Zetsu using the Tail-Beast power. A normal Zetsu with no feelings, human capabilities, and per determined lifestyles. Would it not count as a weapon? If it was just 100,000 he'll have some leftover for Gedo Mazo and he can unleash an relinquishing offense. That and his space time nin-jutsu which can allow him to envade physical and spiritual damage for 5 minutes.

Each Zetsu has the ability to use Wood release as seen in Naruto Chapter 604 Hell. And since that's the case we can add Water and Earth as well. Really good offensive puppets in battle however weaker then the first. They can absorb power from opponents and give to Obito's own power. Pretty cool huh?

Each zetsu can't use wood release, Chapter 605 Hell that was Obito using wood release not Zetsu, and I guess black zetsu can do wood release too, but white zetsu's can't do wood release
