ok so pretty much everyone in the world is complaining about obito not being able to use the other rinnegan abilities. well lets add 1+1 guys. u cant use susanoo without 2 mangekyos!!!!! wow?!?!? really?!?!? soooooo, without 2 rinnegans, you cant use the full paths either!!!! you only get limited abilities!!!!!!! wow guys was that so hard?????????

I think obito can't use the six paths jutsus because either he doesn't have enough chakra, he wants to preserve his chakra, or he simply hasn't learned how to use all the techs. In fact, I remember gai clearly saying that obito wasn't using the six paths techs because they already knew counters for them.

Conclusion: He was exhausted.
Proof: Look at his face when he was fighting Kakashi.

Yup, there was also a page where old Madara said you needed both eyes to use their full potential, but he was talking about the Sharingan there.

But since the Rinnegan is related to the Sharingan,... well you can put the pieces together right.

My guess is with 1 Rinnegan eye you can use Rinne Tensei though. And he also used that one Rinnegan eye to connect his vision with the Edo jinchuurikis.

Because that's just the way it is I suppose, atleast that's how I imagine it.

Or like others said because of chakra exhaustion in that batlle, Rinne Tensei can still be used with low chakra but you die afterwards.

Just think of an explanation that works for you until proven otherwise in the manga, atleast that's what I always do.
