If they were summond back via EDO will they have their eyes?????

no because i think they died without their eyes, well obito only lost one and unless when rin took the eye he was already dead in that case he would have his eyes, but shisui died without his eyes because he gave one to itachi and other to danzo or danzo stole it, i don't recall.

Edo bodies retain their physical characters before death.
If obito is revived he should have no eye as his one eye was crushed before his death and another eye was taken out just before his death.
As for Shisui, we know Danzo took one of his eye when shisui was alive but we dont know whether Shisui gave his another eye to Itachi when he was alive or after his death. So its doubtful.

I think they would be because Itachi's eyes were removed and transplanted into Sasuke's. I think the way Edo works is that the user can summon them back to a state before death where they are in their prime (particularly someone as skilled as Kabuto). Sort of like how if you take one piece of DNA you can make a whole creature, you can make a complete Edo Tensei.

Itachi died with his eyes. His eyes removed after his death so it is no matter for Edo Tensei. But if he died like Sasuke removed them while Itachi alive. Then he revived by Edo Tensei he shouldnt have his eyes. It's just regular Edo tensei but some specific conditions are exist like Prime-Madara summon. Kabuto said something about that.

But I think if kabuto revived obito and shisui he could bring them back with sharingan..just like he brought madara back past prime..
