[Predictions] Obito and Shisui are brothers?

It seems that in the Uchiha lineage only brothers can obtain the Mangenkyou Sharingan...

You would go blind without obtaining your brothers eyes (presumably) due to spam... and the only users of the Mangenkyou are Sasuke, Itachi(brothers) Izuna, Madara (Brothers) and Shisui and Obito with no known relationship..

I'm thinking Shisui and Obito may have been brothers as they both had the capability of unlocking the mangenkyou in both their eyes...

The only way that would add to the story, is if shisui's sacrifice contributed to obito's hatred, but seeing as shisui was 6 when tobi attacked the leaf, it's unlikely.

shisui was like itachi big brother he was likely 6 years older than itachi as itachi was to sasuke

kakshi being 27 then him being 18 shisui is probably 24

Tobi wanted Shisui's eye...We weren't really sure why at that time

Obito and shisui might be around the same age, or obito might be slightly older.
The age gap between kakashi and itachi is 9 years. 30-21=9. Shisui was like an older brother to itachi, although we dont know the age gap. From what we saw when both were together before shusi took his eye out i dont think the age gap is greater than 9, though relying on manga picture to estimate a characters age is never a good idea. If shiusi age gap isnt greater than 9 then kakashi is older than him, therefore obito aswell.

However from what ive gathered, siblings have the same ms techniques and this is the stumbling block

Doubt it. They look nothing alike and share no common features. Even their abilities are innately different. Shisui was famed for his powerful genjutsu while Tobi's abilities are centered around Space-Time manipulation. As for Kagami being either one's father, who knows? For all we know, Obito's father could be the shop owners. It really isn't relevant either way.
