Obito and Senju (Hashirama) cells. Never before asked question!

So I know thanks to hashirama's cells, people are given HUGE power boosts and seeminlg never run low on chakra or get tired. Now I have a question that I never seen asked on here.Zetsu said that since he is a zetsu, he doesn't have to eat or use the toilet. Also since Obito has the cells, he dosent eat or use the toilet either. So according to that logic, does that mean Hashirama himself never had to eat, or use the toilet? There has never been a picture shown of Hashirama eating, OR of him drinking anything. How does someone be born with cells that allow them not to have to eat, or use the toilet...?

If hashirama was created by the mazou then he wouldn't have too eat. But hashirama is a regular human being with parents and wasnt grown from the (gedo mazou via charka) come on dude use common sense. Your logic is terrible
