yeah no, at Sasuke's current level, Itachi is going to last very long. Sasuke wouldn't even break a sweat against him in his current state. Even a healthy Itachi with Susanoo Yata mirror and Totsuka Blade are not going to win against Sasuke at all now.

Team 1 High difficulty mainly because Sasuke and Obito will be fighting Madara as others have stated. For once, Itachi is out of his league here.

Madara would be be spending too much time trying to keep Itachi alive to have itachi be of any use to him. Madara would fair better fighting alone in this case. Battle tactics and superior analytical skill can only get you so far, but to be honest, everything itachi has, no matter how well and expertly he uses them will fell if the opponent (Rikudo Sasuke in this case)
is too strong for him.

Itachi is more of a hinderance to Madara then a help. Even he would realize this. Unless Madara can somehow powerup Itachi. IF he can do this then the fight might not be so one sided for Itachi.
