Upon being strong enough to talk Obito told him he didn't like him an that they weren't friends. He tried his best not to revive him. Madara would not have even brought back as an edo if it wasn't for Kabuto going behind Obito's back. Obito had no intention of bringing him back.

U mad? Im not talking about powers here... And his power ups weren't free, he worked for it unlike Sasuke's and Naruto's free Rikudou Power Up...

The only thing he had for free was Hashi chest, but still he earned Hashirama's DNA by himself, and he stole SM fair and square by soloing Hashi....

He earned JJ powers by soloing and controlling the Bijuu.
He earned Rinnegan by stealing Ashura's DNA from Hashirama...
