I agree about the eyes. But no way will Sakura be able to kill Obito and besides she doesn't have to. Once Zetsu loses control of the eye, he will leave Obito's body to go after it. Once that happens Obito will die without being kept alive by Zetsu.

To stop Black Zetsu from taking the Rinnegan back to Madara. Sakura can't use the Rinnegan and how can She by Herself escape the dimension without using Obito's eye? She can't. Sakura has to keep Or kill Black Zetsu in that dimension or die doing so.
