Instead of Obito reviving Madara why not just bring back Rin

I read the Rinnei Tensei works like this:

The longer the person has been dead, the more chakra it needs which could result in the caster's death

The more people revived, the more chakra is needed too, so caster's death is also possible

So, if Obito revives Rin, he dies and he won't see Rin so it's useless

If he revives Madara, he dies, but Madara revives him with Rinne Tensei which would not result in Madz death cause Obito just died moments ago.

Not only would Obito be throwing away his life, he'd be reviving Rin in the very reality he's lost hope in. His end goal is to create a dream world free from sickness, unfairness and strife. So he sees no reason or benefit in bringing Rin back to this plane of existence.

This dream world he talks about would it work when your in gen jutsu its all in your head wouldn't everyone die within a week or two because of starvation
