Obito and Minato fight

Well during the fight of Minato and the masked man(Obito for now), when he was hit by Minato's Rasengan hi RIGHT ARM OOZED out NOT his LEFT one.
Now if Obito was the masked man that fought with Minato how can it be Obito himself?? Blood didnt come off. A white substance (preferably ZETSU's) came off. As we recall Obito had his RIGHT side of his body artificially composed of HAshirama's cell NOT the LEFT side. SO Please give your reviews on this.

Yes a little blood came off but the wrist section came of the left hand. This bothers me a lot. Help me clarify this. Or did Obito Upgraded his whole or parts of his Body with Hashirama's cells?
