Obito and Madara aren't Finished Yet

Obito... He has incredible importance to the series. Is he dead? Maybe. Maybe not. Either way, something will happen to where Obito can rejoin the game. For such an important and recently redeemed major villain to be taken out in such a brutal way, and offscreen no less? That seems like bad writing to me.

As for Madara, love him or hate him, you cannot deny his incredible importance too. For Madara to be taken out for good right now, I don't buy it. He will be put to the side for Kaguya, but he is by no means finished. In fact he's now in the perfect position for redemption.

I believe both of these characters will play a role in taking down Kaguya, possibly sacrificing themselves in the process.

Madara playing a role to take down Kaguya ? No , I really think Madara's role is over now , he just showed us what Infinite Tsukuyomi is like , and how arrogance can kill you off in such a brutal way .

As for Obito , I think that Black Zetsu will "transform" into Kaguya real form , meaning that Obito would be free , Naruto would use his powers to refresh his chakra system and to be able to fight , remember that Obito has dual MS , he would be highly important .

Possible for madara to work with the good guys just to take out kaguya as she would be their common enemy. Also edo Hokages would join. So u would get ashuras and indras working together. Uchiha stone tablet says something about working together

Yeah, I think there is no question that Madara's story isn't over yet, he and Hashirama both still need closure. And Obito hasn't done the whole big long monologue that characters get before they die.

As for Obito, he didn't get his other Eye back for nothing. We will see his last important Role in all of this.

I agree with this person, Madara won't do anything to take down Kaguya especially since Kaguya is taking over his body probably using BZ as a medium leaving Obito to die, but thanks to Naruto's hax healing he would either be able to prevent Obito's death in which he survives this war or at least delay his death until this entire ordeal is over I'll go with the later because despite that Naruto had healed Gai from the aftereffects of the 8th gate usage to the fullest(remember he was reaching his limit) in which he didn't only save him from death but completely healed his body in which he would be able to fight normally again and he probably can save someone from using Rinne Tensei or having their Bijuu extracted but I don't think he can completely save someone who had suffered both at the same time while already being weakened from fighting Naruto and the shinobi alliance.

Obito is without a doubt coming back. The true power of eyes when they are together has been heavily foreshadowed for Obito. We will see the full power of DMS Obito.
Madara seems in a rather bad spot to be honest cuz he is currently the direct focus of Kaguya so ye, If and If he survives that somehow then maybe, possibly he'll have some last conversation with hashirama or Obito.

love this idea. madara realizing hes an idiot and working alongside good guys would do good for his character. id like him more actually. and obito has his 2ms now so hell yea! hopefully both will get closure with each other after all theyve done.
