As we have seen when a jin gets his/her tail beast extracted dies unless you put it back, but nobody knew that until kurama said it.
And we have seen that they almost die instantly, the only exceptions were obito, kushina, naruto and madara, but comparing them i would have to said that Obito has the body with the most endurance followed by kushina.
When saw that obito after getting the 9 tail beasts extracted had the energy to perform a rinne tensei, then he got the gedo mazou extracted and could still find the will and energy to control black zetsu to troll madara, use kamui repeated times, block a gudodama attack, then after giving nine tails to naruto he still had the energy to keep BZ under his control, after getting disposed by BZ turns out the guy wasnt even dead and hed the energy to on a search for sasuke, this guy did really cool stuff even after extraction.
Then we have kushina who did lose consciouness and was able to use that chain seal that restrained nine tails, then madara who didnt lose conciousness but was unable to move and then we have naruto who lost consciousness right after getting the kyubii extracted and if it wasnt for sakura he would be dead.
So in terms of body endurance i would put them like this

1.Obito
2.Kushina
3.Madara
4.Naruto

but remember that gedo mazo was extrected way before he put BZ under his control, stole part of the bijuu chakra from madara, even he was the only one able to block a gudodama attack by them, gave naruto the chakra

1. Yeah Obito wasn't really a full Human at that point he was like... a plant? So it would make sense that he would survive more due to the Zetsu/Hashi Parts in his body further extending his life span.

2. Kushina was a full Uzumaki so no arguing there.

3. Madara was at deaths bed a lot nearer than Obito so he is properly place there.

4. Naruto got knocked the f out the moment of the extraction.

call it whatever but obito and kushina were the only ones that stood up and did something uselful after bijuu extraction, beside Hashi dna gives you a powerup definetly but as you saw with danzo hashi´s dna is not easy to control, if you dont have good control you turn into a tree, when madara healed obito he didnt have a working body, he had to train to learn to use his new body

dude i dont know in what order you read the chapters but if madara was already a juubi jin it means that the bijuu were caught once more into gedo mazou, there´s no juudara without juubi and there´s no juubi without gedo mazou, therefore all you said makes 0 sense, madara had to get the gedo mazou out of obito before he became juubi jin

hashi dna definetly gives you a powerup and an edge but it is hard to control, when danzo was dying he had to deattach his arm because he was turning into a tree, no powerup came for free besides when madara attached hashi´s tissue on obito obito didnt have a working body, he had to train hard to lear to use it
