what i wanted to say is that kakshi could have aimed for the stomach or lungs, the damage wouldn't be healed that fast, it could have be a final blow in an other way.

i belive obito decided in the last moment that he should let kakashi remove his seal and thats the reson he was standing up right in front of kakashi, but kakashi would have got him anyway so he diceded to let him stab in the heart instead of the head, so he would survive and would be able to become the jinchuriki, thats the way he did it.

Btw if he had used izanagi his kamui sharingan would be gone, he never would use it beause he cant even sacrifies the rinnegan because he needed it for becoming the jinchuriki.
Izanagi was not an option, they fought equally and land both a critical hit on each other.
