As stated both Kabuto and Obito had the hardest lives in my opinion and here's why.

This is the second part, about Obito.

Obito Uchiha
Obito when he was young, was looked down upon and considered a joke, but he was pure of heart much like Naruto. He had his mind set on being the Hokage, but even more so on becoming a hero. He believed in friendship, sacrifice, love, justice, and promise.
He may not have been skilled, but he was ambitious and had heart. He would risk his own life for that of his comrades. His words are what made Naruto who he is today, sharing the same dreams of Obito's youth.
Obito had one true love in his life that never paid as much attention, but that would no stop him from sacrificing everything for her. Every man has had a dream to find their one true love, and Obito believed he found his. Even if he was young and still naive, this love just as with all men, brings hope. This hope gives us strength to move forward, to achieve, to fight all for the sake of this one love.
This love was taken hostage and he set out to rescue her, but in doing so, he gave up his own life.....or so he thought.
Awakening moments later, he was in darkness, saved by none other than the one who is the embodiment of hatred and that of the Uchiha Curse......Madara Uchiha.
Obito was missing his eye, half his body, and scarred for the rest of his life. He was like a worm imprisoned, all he could do was crawl on the floor. Madara had saved him for a purpose and gave him no choice to do as he wish and kept him caged within a tomb.
Madara spewed words of despair to Obito, making him doubt his ideals, and his noble cause. Obito had spent roughly a year or two in that prison of torment....and in that time, only one thought comforts him.....his one true love, Rin.
If any of have seen the movie Cast Away with Tom Hanks, it's much like that.....Tom Hanks was comforted by an imaginary friend named Wilson and the hope of seeing his own love once again while being stuck on an isolated island for years.
Being alone in despair would drive men to madness, and Obito was just a boy.
Until he heard the news of Rin and Kakashi being attacked. He hurried without Madara's consent, he has waited such a long time to see them, and now he can show them how strong he has become and truly play the role of a hero.
Rushing with eagerness and joy, he found himself to much dismay at the discovery.....Kakashi, his one trusted friend who promised to protect his one true love, took Rin's life and ended Obito's hope.
Enraged, Obito had slaughtered the rest of the witnesses. A young child, baptized in a river of blood, a child of such a young age has come to know true hell.
Returning to Madara, his ear was once more filled with poison and his ideals have been crushed and proven false. Imagine believing in god with all your might, having to only then discover there is no god. Imagine being an innocent child believing in Santa Claus, only being told he isn't real.
It is almost comparable to that reality which Obito has faced.....he realized that the world is nothing but a lust for power, that human's will always destroy and use each other as pawns. For such a young man to know this, is a burden even men have a hard time handling.
Obito was promised a new world of his own control, and with that his path was chosen for him and his own will has been stripped.
He now faces the path that Madara created, with Zetsu as being insurance of success. Obito is not allowed to turn back, only move forward or die. From then on, Obito will never know love or friendship ever again.
All that Obito will know and has known ever since he was but a boy is pain, darkness, despair, hatred, and isolation. His agony was so great that Obito has ceased knowing pain, and threw away his own humanity past the point of no return.
Have you ever imagined living a life where you have done nothing but kill, lose your family and friends, betraying your home, and being scarred for life physically and mentally? Obito was a boy when this all started, a path where he had little choice.
