He would´ve been mediocre/good. Sure, maybe a jonin (with high possibility), but weaker than Kakashi. I don´t believe he would be a shinobi that appears once in a blue moon as many of you say.

Until kishi writes that tobis eye is infact Obitos we can assume that it is not. So even if he does get MS from kakashi dieing he only has Kaumi. Kaumi is a nice tech and all but it alone does not make one t10 or kage level. This really doesn't matter though, as last time i checked obito got crushed under a couple tons of boulders.
