WHEN - his ( Obama's ) DOJ only deported 1% of all illegals that were taken into custody in 2013 , and word got out " AMERICA isn't enforcing their laws !!!" (Actual articles printed in South American papers stating that FACT ) and people ( said to be children ) flooded the southern borders and entered the country ILLEGALLY and he ( Obama ) blamed the flood on the Republicans for his DOJ not enforcing our PRESENT laws ,
