After he made sure using his sharingan that he gathered large amount of doton chakra in his hands, he slammed them on the ground and raised a massive three-layered Chinese earth wall in front of him.
Sasuke gave a little bit of analysis after that.
Being a layered wall, I guess I can also summon individual layers(correct me, if I am wrong on this one). Also, it is essentially something that can tank almost any powerful jutsu and hence useful against those OP opponents.
