Next is, we learn how to do shape manipulation. I want you to grab a small chunk of rock, then use shape manipulation to turn it into a small staff of earth.

I Then channel my doton chakra into my foot as I Stomp the ground , When stomping the ground a 6 x 6 Meter wide piece of earth rises , ( Used shape manipulation ) ,Quickly enough for it to stop the kunais , As the Kunais hit the rock , I Punch the piece of earth shattering it into bits and pieces

Next is, I want you to concentrate your doton chakra inside your body then channel it to every single part of your body, then try to merge with the ground underneath your feet, let your both feet sink and become one with the ground. do it slowly, no need to rush.

I Start channeliing my doton chakra into my feet once again , trying to merge with the earth below , While doing so I feel my feet slowly going down into the earth as if im about to teleport , Down down I Go I Then stop when I Am in the earth kneecap deep

Continue please and then transfer your doton chakra into every single part of your body, try to merge one with the ground beneath. Let your whole body slide down and sink don't halt it, just concentrate and focus upon your chakra.

I travel underneath the earth right under your clone , I then grab your clones foot and drag him until he is neck deep in the earth , I then let go of your clones fott as I rise back up on top of the ground

Advantage: Your enemy cant move and you pretty much have control over the battle
Disadvantage: UhmYour stuck in the ground to I guess o-O

Ok, the advantage would be that, after the opponent is pulled underground, he'd most probably be forced to use an earth technique to get out. So you know...
The disadvantage would be that when you reach out for the opponent's leg, it will create noise. So the opponent will automatically react.
