Shadow is our special ability tech, so you must learn it well...
first thing first, i have several rule to teach shadow which you must follow it with no excuse.

1. i won't teach it easily, meaning you won't get a single tech with just only one post
2. Describe... you will gonna need it in battle, so describe how the jutsu work with details... remember details
3. this is very important, you must follow every single of my instruction and you may add some improvement on how you describe the jutsu.
4. after the training ends, you must fight me in battle field and try to trap me with the jutsu i gave you.. (you could try the best though )

About the Nara clan...
We're a clan, known specifically for our intellegence, Our shadow manipulation ninjutsu, and tendering of deer. We have herds of them which wander in our forest, named after us. The head of our clan is Shikkaku Nara, an intellegent commander jounin, as well as the wellspring of shikamaru nara, another important shinobi in our clan.
Shadow manipulation

Our shadow techniques are particularly useful in most situations, having it be strong at being unnoticed by lower class shinobi, and making your opponent spending more time staring at the ground than looking at you, leaving them wide open to another shadow tecnique if not using one that forces you not to move. With that statement, other weaknesses include its power deteriorating when low on chakra. It'll also become weaker the longer the distance between you and your foe.

Shikkaku & Shikamaru Nara are the two most famous members of our clan, one for the defeating of an immortal.

What I know so far is exessive Light can significantly slow down, or even stop our shadows. That may leave us very open depending on the situation.
A Blunt object can also cut it off if large enough nd timing is well.

Now lets get your knowledge into practice

I want you to begin to channel your chakra into your feet and once you feel you have enough chakra gathered, channel the chakra into the shadow and make it move a bit forward.

-Once my chakra was at its best on my feet, I slammed opened my eyes.

-I began to move that same chakra into my shadow.
-My shadow began to bulk up slightly, and Began to inch up.

Okay, learn this carefully, this is how you perform to manipulate your shadow and always use these sentences before use/perform.

*I begin to relax and take a deep breath to release the tense, then i start to gather my chakra inside my body and focus my mind to keep it balance, when i thing i gain enough chakra, i begin transfer it into my shadow beneath, between my leg, then i inject more chakra and try to move my shadow a bit forward*

That's how you do it, now perform it again with your own version, be more descriptive.

As I continue to focus, I close my eyes to focus my energy to my lower body. When I feel my body is ready enough to handle it, I allow my chakra to envolope under my pelvis. (Don't get the wrong idea) and i force that energy to my shadow, and give at it my best attempt to push it foward.*
