Hey Guys it is my Top Tier List​

Conditions:
-All Characters are in Healthy and Prime/strongest form
Rules:
-1)I Decided not to put 1 character twice with different forms
-2)I count Edo Tensei because Imo it is simply jutsu and belongs to user arsenal
-3)I didn’t put Characters in order
Restrictions:
-I didn’t put Indra and Ashura because I have no clue where i can put them,idk what lvl they are on,are they Vote Hashirama and Madara lvl or War Naruto and Sasuke lvl?
-I also didn’t put Jinchurikis(2-7)reason is same as above no clue what level they are on

-I put Toneri because i think Gaiden is canon just like it has been said
-About Hamura we never have seen his fights but we know that he
fought alongside Hagoromo against Juubi and Kaguya which tells us that he was pretty much around Hogoromo lvl​

I can only explain that, in my view, sasori grades as a greater shinobi than Gaara as well as everyone else in that tier.

this is based on feats, matchups, strengths & weaknesses...
...while hype & plot relevance, as well as the myth known as ''portrayal'' is not factored in at all.

if you're asking a more spefic question of who would win in a fight, then I think sasori would win
