while the massive walls of earth trap you and the flames, i create a massive tornado that comes down around you (you as in: the newly formed mountain,flames, you and the mud that would be forming in the sky.) funneling the fire within fueling it's intensity as it wreck havoc with you trapped inside*
that is if you manage to pull it off, i doubt it but playing it safe.

I notice my earth below me generate some sort of rising, so I quickly leave my incomplete fire jutsu to the point where the walls are just rising. Since the wall even dwarfs Gedo Mazo, it takes some time to form, taking that advantage, it takes me about 4 seconds to cancel my fire jutsu(infact, I dont use it at all) and create a chidori in my hand as I rush towards the left wall, and cause a hole in it, large enough for me to escape. The hole isn't made by me standing, it is made by me, running swiftly towards the exit. since my fire isn't used, you know that I have escaped. Though, before escaping, in time of a second, my sharingan notices chakra throughout the area, and predicting this large scale can only be fuuton's, it takes less then a second to liquify my body as I make it out in time and stand looking at you, ready to get serious O_O

Now Vex, if you plan on using a jutsu that involves a tag/seal then yes you have to mention that there is one upon it. otherwise your opponent wasn't given a proper chance to counter it. Unlike the above he had two turns to do something about the kunai.
