Okay good, Now I want you to build up Wind Chakra into your hand. Then start slipping the chakra into your Rasengan making it spin along with it. Shape it into the shuriken look that you know it looks like.

This requires complete concentration and will require all your attention. You must keep the Rasengan going along while you try to infuse the Fuuton Chakra into this.

Good now that you're awake I want you to try it again but add more chakra to it. With more chakra comes more concentration, so keep focused.

Okay Now I want you to focus a large amount of Doton chakra into your body. Then I want you to use that chakra to create a complete armor of rock all around you. This jutsu takes a lot of focus because you will constantly have to keep the armor in place, kinda like Gaara's Sand Armor.

*I perform the necesary hand seals while releasig my Doton chakra trough all my body. I then concentrate on making a complete armor of rock around me while constantly adding Doton chakra to maintain the strenght and shape.*
