Maybe a attack without chakra? Like tools or something. The god tree would only 'eat' the chakra, so I think that every jutsu, except taijutsu, would be useless

Natural energy is it's weakness. Enton is strongest fire style and rasenshuriken is already the most powerful wind style move we've seen so that w nine tails chakra and sage energy plus the destructive power of wind and fire combined wins

It's Obito who is using In'yōton that erases chakra. The Juubi's been hit by regular chakra before. If they can get the rasenamaterasushuriken past that, it can definitely do some damage. If it doesn't sever the stem, though, the tree might be able to shed the burning part like the Juubi's almost-final form was able to do.

And would it be able to do much? The base is wider than the space that used to contain the Juubi with its tails spread out and the whole army plus some.
