Most likely the Juubi took over. However, who thinks it's possible that his memory got wiped? Obito did put forth some response to his name, so maybe it is still Obito. His looks also seemed confused and childish, like he's never seen the world before but he just has raw power. So maybe we will see some developing talk no jutsu lol. Also, if he was taken over wouldn't his eye(s) probably be like that of the Juubi's, like part 1 Naruto and Gaara's eyes turned into their respective Tailed Beasts eyes when chakra bled through and they were being taken over? Not likely really but just a possibility.
