people are saying that obito lost control over himself or it is juubi who is speaking..thats not true.

After becoming jinchuriki,obito is wondering about himself,wondering about his power level,wondering that he is able to
complete eye of moon plan..he is just wondering o..bi..to!? no call me GOD

I think it may be that he lost control or that he lost his memories because of trying to control the Juubi or being overwhelmed by its power or something. If it's something like one of those 2, I think it's temporary. Or maybe it is as the OP suggested.

Actually the Juubi has a consciousness like the other Bijuus. That's why the whole O...bi...to?
If you remember, back some chapters ago, the Juubi went rampage when he saw Naruto's resemblance with the Sage.
In order to get enraged, you need a counsciousness...so that's why...Obito might still be trapped there, however, atm, the Juubi seems to get out at the surface.

very true, obito was simply overwhelmed by the amount of power he received.
naruto got sooo hyped the moment he mastered/received kurama's chakra (a fragment of the juubi) and wanted to go finish the war on his own lol.
imagine what's on obito's mind i think he completely lost it (it's not that the juubi took over, what happened is OBITO lost his mind completely).
