Yeah he can do some punches/throw kunais, shurikens etc but cant use any jutsu....

But, you have to fuel chakra to the technique, and getting interrupted obviously disrupts the jutsu.

Description: The user channels their lightning chakra into a blade, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques.

This is quite simple, as the description says. You gather a good amount of lightning chakra in your body and channel it to your hands, sending it to the weapon you're holding constantly. Due to the lightning chakra flown into the blade, the vibrations of the blade increase per every second, giving it a greater shredding and raw cutting power than a normal wind infused blade would do. Wind chakra channeled blades can cut through dense materials(Asuma's trench knives), yes, but lightning chakra infused blade would cut sharper and pierce through deeper materials. An excellent jutsu for combat, and you can use this against Kenjutsu users to overpower them or Taijutsu users to cut their limbs. However, this requires constant channeling of your lightning chakra into the blade.

Meh. I wouldn't also state earlier. But, it's better to state that your bio possesses a normal sword or w/e.

I'll let you analyze this for me. It's pretty easy, and nothing to explain. If you can't do it properly, then I'll explain it to you. Ask if any doubts.

This is a very simple technique which doesn't requires any hand seals, by focusing his lightning chakra on both of their hands and then they releases a purplish current forward that damages and knock our opponent but a drawback is that its range is very limited I must say and as all the stream-based techniques user can't perform any other jutsu while using this technique.
