That's not enough. People like Itachi, Onoki and Mu don't belong in the same tier as Hashirama, BM Minato, etc.

Well SM is included in Hashirama's arsenal. Particle style is slower than Mokuton and much more chakra consuming. Hashirama fought against many Uchiha including Madara without getting caught in genjutsu. He also has access to mokuton bunshin which deter genjutsu as shown by Kakashi's second fight with Itachi. Hashirama is a long range fighter who fights at such ranges where direct eye contact can't be made. Not to mention Hashirama is a sensor and doesn't even need to directly see his opponent especially when his AoE crush them.
