Hashirama isn't getting blitzed by anyone. He's Shinsusenju once activated is unstoppable. It basically tanked a barrage of Bijuu-damas effortlessly and defeated Kurama with just a touch.

Ulquiorra can't possibly out-run techniques that annihilates countries instantly. His lanza aint doing sh*t to the likes of Naruto who deflected Six Bijuu-damas. Mind you, Bijuu-damas are stronger and has more destructive scale than Lanza.
