You mean, in dbz, right? Or other anime? Because there's no way that regular humans can survive or get out harmless from the situations the OP mentioned.

Then again, this is a fictional universe. Humans in NV are most likely way more durable than regular humans. But well thought, OP.

I think a logical explanation is that they use chakra to become more durable, but there are other mind boggling shit. Like when kakashi punches a hole in Obito, how can he stand up and move around? his ribcage, sternum, solar plexus bundle of nerves, liver, lungs, heart and even the spine got obliterated and probably his entire thoracic cavity and every organ in it got affected by the electricity.

I just watched the first part episodes again, I lol'd when kakashi was getting worried about Naruto falling from a tree, saying he could die. Didn't Onoki get smashed in the head by a meteorite the size of the moon? no wait 2 meteorites, and he also fell down from the sky and he's of old age and still lived... there's one thing to survive a superhuman punch but surviving a goddamn meteorite falling on your head... HOLY ****. Also, isn't he older than 100 years?
